Liver Cleanse Tea
One heaped teaspoon of herb per cup, infuse for 15 minutes and enjoy.
For strong infusions (recommended) infuse 3 tablespoons to a 3-cup teapot and leave overnight or 6-8 hours to infuse, sip throughout the day. It is lovely chilled or reheated (please no microwave).
Can be sweetened with honey if desired.
