Roasted Bone Marrow with Rosemary and Kawakawa Herbal Salt.


Roasted bone marrow is so nutritious and delicious and is packed full of Vitamins A, D & K, minerals and collagen that support healthy immune function and fertility.

This recipe is so simple to bang together, all you need to do is season and put in the oven.


Ingredients:

Bone Marrow Bones (most butchers sell them)

Seasoning ~ I love a herbal salt! I made Rosemary and Kawakawa.

Pepper.

Cook in oven @ 180C for 35 mins.

I love to eat it by the spoonful or lathered on sourdough.


Bone marrow has been used in human diets for millenia and supports gut health, skin, bone teeth and gum health.


If you are cooking for a baby (6 months +) omit the seasoning.
